Do I have to
attach a photo to my profile?
Although you are not required to
post a photo, your chances of getting many
responses are multiplied if you do. You too
probably search for, and contact members with
photos more than those without photos, because
you can see what they look like.
What kind of photo should I
submit?
Choose a good
photo or yourself alone, which clearly shows
your face. Your photo must be relatively close
up so it clearly shows you. Your face should not
be covered or obscured in any way and photos may
not contain nudity, pornography, or other
objectionable material.
Other pictures or drawings, as creative as
they may be, will not be accepted, as well as
childhood photos - members want to see you!
Your photo should be uploaded in
JPEG (.jpg) format (recommended), or in GIF
(.gif) format. If your photo is currently saved in
a different format, and you do not know how to
convert it, please send it as an email
attachment to support@AsianFriends.com ,
enclose your AsianFriends.com e-mail address and we will attach it

How do I attach a
scanned photo to my profile?
If you have a
scanned photo on your computer, click on 'My
Photos' on the left hand menu and then
on 'Add Photos and follow the 3
simple steps to upload your photo.
Select
which photo will be your default and appear
next to your name on AsianFriends.com search results.
You can either click View My Profile
to see your photos, or click My

tried uploading a photo and received some kind
of error, or did not see it properly load on
the view profile page, we will
help you attach it to your profile. There may be
a problem with the format, or it may be too big
a photo.

distorted, why?
The Add a Photo page is designed to help
you attach your photo on your own, and displays the photos in
little boxes, so that you can see whether the photo was
successfully uploaded. You cannot view the photo from the Add a
Photo page. You must click on My Photos after
you uploaded the photo to view it. You can
also view your newly updated photo by clicking on
the View Profile page. The image is
not displayed in actual size, so it may seem
distorted, but this is not how it will appear on
your profile. Click on the photo to view actual
size and proportions.

for decency. If your photo shows nudity or violence we have
the right to delete it.
To view your profile
with the attached photo/s, click on 'View My Profile' on the
'My Profile' page.

attach additional photos?
Click
on 'My Photos' to access your photos. You can decide
which photo will be the default photo that appears in
member searches by selecting your default photo as
the main photo and clicking change. You will see this
option if you scroll down past the photos. You may
also delete each photo by clicking the delete link under each
photo.
